Tyche Tours is responsible to the respective Traveler for honoring any confirmed bookings and making available any Tours reserved through the Services. Tyche Tours is also responsible to provide all information legally required to the Traveler. If you, as a Traveler, choose to enter into a transaction with Tyche Tours for the booking of a Tour, you agree and understand that you will be required to enter into an agreement (including releases) with the Operator only and you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with such Tour imposed by Tyche Tours and will receive necessary information from the Tyche Tours. Tyche Tours will either confirm or reject a booking within the specified timeframe (which is generally within 24 to 48 hours of when the booking is requested or the requested booking will be automatically considered as cancelled. Once your confirmed booking transaction is complete (including payment) you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your confirmed booking.
For the purpose of providing you with our services, we may disclose the information to the providers of the services making up your holiday arrangements (service providers). -In order for you to travel overseas, it may be mandatory (as requested government authorities) to disclose your information for immigration, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate. -We may need to disclose our customer list including any personal information relating to you to a third party who acquires or attempts to acquire all or substantially all of the asset/ stock in our company or our website
• If Tyche Tours not confirm the requested booking, • If, As a Traveler, you cancel your requested booking before the requested booking is confirmed by Tyche Tours, any amounts collected by Tyche Tours will be refunded to the Traveler within a commercially reasonable time, depending on the selections the Traveler made via the Site and Application, and any pre-authorization of such Traveler's credit/debit card will be released. • If Tyche Tours cancels a confirmed booking made via the Services, a refund (total or partial) of the paid amount for such booking will be made to the applicable Traveler within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation by Tyche Tours and the Traveler may receive an email or other communication from Tyche Tours containing non-binding suggestions for alternative Listings and other related information.
Once your booking is confirmed by Tyche Tours, the Total Cost of your Tour is subject to the cancellation and payment terms of Tyche Tours. Please carefully read the fine print and important information in the Listing, the booking page and your reservation confirmation for policies as applied by Tyche Tours. A cancellation must be done via your booking conversation page, the general cancelation percentage fees is as follow: • Between 41 and 60 days, forfeit of deposit • Between 30 and 40 days, 50% of total ground arrangement cost • Between 20 and 29 days, 75% of total ground arrangement cost • 19 or Less than 19 days, no refund of total ground arrangement cost • All confirmed booking are subject to 100.00 USD for cancellation costs of dossier
We offer our clients customized packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of Your Travel Arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond the control of us. May occur because of governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers prices as an example. If the price of Your Travel Arrangements is increased by any matters outside our control then you must either pay the additional price to us when we request it or cancel Your Travel Arrangements in accordance with these Booking Conditions. All prices are provided in USD.
You, as Traveler, agree to pay for the Total Cost (including the price of the tour and, where applicable, taxes, levies and duties) for any booking requested, in accordance with the pricing terms set forth in the applicable booking page, if such requested bookings are confirmed by Tyche Tours. The availability and price of a Tour can change any time until you have received a booking confirmation. In case only the deposit is payable at the time of booking or booking confirmation, the balance of payment (i.e., the Total Cost minus the deposit) is due and will be payable as stated in Tyche Tours terms according to the booking page. Payments for deposits and final monies for Travel Arrangements may be made either credit card. (Visa, MasterCard) If paying by credit card you can either pay through the secure internet payment gateway facility available on our website. If paying by credit or debit card through the secure internet online payment gateway: Your card details are not received or stored by Tyche Tours in any form, and when you place an order as part of the checkout process you are automatically taken to the HSBC Secure Payment facility for Master and Visa card payments. Bank and Credit Card Fees: Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. Your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed from your bank side. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction.
